DaVita call center, bringing up to 200 new jobs to Denver area
Denver-based kidney-care provider DaVita Inc. will establish a call center and a clinical-research unit in the metro area, adding up to 200 new jobs next year. DaVita Clinical Research, a division of the Fortune 500 company, will expand its capabilities with an early clinical-research center. The facility will add medical, technical and scientific jobs to the area. The call center will focus on finding kidney-dialysis services for patients, whether temporary ones while traveling or permanent facilities. Vacancies at a 10 year Low and Rental Rates are up with Denver beign the highest
Metro Denver apartment rents continued to rise in the third quarter and the vacancy rate remained below 5 percent, signs of one of the healthiest apartment markets the area has seen in a decade, according to a report Thursday. The third-quarter Denver Metro Apartment Vacancy and Rent Survey shows the area’s vacancy rate was 4.9 percent, the lowest third quarter vacancy rate since 2000.
